Fortune International Development Sales

Diana became interested in the real estate world when her father came to Florida to become a developer in Golf America. She remembers that when she was 18, he suggested she get her real estate license as a backup plan.

“This was the most intelligent decision. I attended school, did six years of engineering and architecture, and then started a successful architectural firm.”

Years later, she became involved in preconstruction sales at Fortune International Development with Edgardo and Ana Christina Defortuna.

“Fortune took me in, and for the last ten years, I have been doing quite well and loving it.”

This proud mother of two girls says her architectural background helps her immensely.

“I can explain floor plans…it gives me a little advantage. I think it goes hand in hand with real estate.”

Her first sales project was the Hyde, followed by Missoni Baia and Una. She currently works on the luxurious Bay Harbor Towers.

Her key to success:
-Believes in the power of knowledge

-Believes in being kind to people

-Believes in being happy
“It’s a practice; it’s not something that just comes naturally, you have to practice it.”
