Destination Paradise is the theme for this Jimmy Buffet inspired resort. Margaritaville, with its tropical vibe, will be a place where you can escape to and leave your worries behind– and even have a “cheese burger in paradise” right here on Hollywood Beach.
The long awaited $147 million project at Johnson Street and State Road A1A is now taking reservations for October and resort officials say they are still shooting for a summer opening (as of May25).
Margaritaville will include eight restaurants and bars, oceanside pools, a FlowRider wave ride, its 11,000 square foot “St. Somewhere” spa, fitness center and 30,000 square feet of convention space and is even pet friendly(25 pounds or less).
