El cantautor y músico Español ganador de 20 premios GRAMMY®, Alejandro Sanz, debuta #1 en Estados Unidos y Puerto Rico con “Sirope”, su nueva producción discográfica.

“Sirope” ha sido producido por el propio Alejandro Sanz y el reconocido productor Sebastian Krys. Sanz es además el autor y compositor de todas las canciones. El concepto musical de la canciones de “Sirope”, según el propio Alejandro se define como una mezcla equilibrada de Pop, un poco de Rock, Funk, y el Flamenco de su voz que es el ADN que imprime su sello tan particular y único.
“Sirope” contiene 13 canciones inéditas. En una de ellas, “Suena la Pelota” colabora el astro dominicano Juan Luis Guerra. El álbum se grabó en Miami y en él participaron grandes músicos como Davey Faragher, Sal Cuevas, David Levita, Arturo Sandoval además de contar con la voces de Chabuco, Sara Devine, Natasha Dueñas, Irene Díaz y Belén Zeta.
El primer sencillo “Un Zombie A La Intemperie” se publicó el 2 de marzo y alcanzó el Nº 1 de iTunes en España, Latinoamérica y Estados Unidos.
Luego de una espectacular presentación de “Un Zombie A La Intemperie” en la vigésimo sexta entrega anual a Premios Billboard, Actualmente, Alejandro Sanz se encuentra en medio de una intensa gira promocional de apoyo al lanzamiento de Sirope. Dicha gira promocional lo ha llevado a visitar países como Estados Unidos, México y España entre otros. Asimismo ha confirmo su participación como juez en el nuevo Reality musical, La Banda de la cadena Univision. Alejandro estará en las noches de Univision junto a sus amigos Ricky Martin y Laura Pausini como jueces oficiales de La Banda. El trío de estrellas se encargará de buscar a los mejores para conformar un súper grupo que hará historia y como Alejandro aclara, el público también será clave en esta decisión.

His Latest Album “Sirope” is Sweet Stuff

The Spanish Singer/songwriter winner of 20 GRAMMY® awards, Alejandro Sanz, debuts at #1 in the US and Puerto Rico with his new studio album “Sirope”.
“Sirope(Syrup) is both a relish and a remedy, it sweetens and cures.”
With these words, Alejandro Sanz reveals the key elements that are hidden behind the songs of his tenth studio album, now available internationally in all formats.
“Sirope” was produced by Alejandro Sanz himself along with the well renowned producer Sebastian Krys.
Sanz is also the composer and author of all of the tracks on the album. According to Alejandro, the musical concept behind “Sirope” can be best defined as a well balanced mix of Pop, a little Rock, Funk and the Flamenco quality in his unique voice which has become the DNA that distinguishes his remarkable style and one-of-a-kind feel.
“Sirope” is composed of 13 original tracks, one of which he recorded alongside the Dominican musical star Juan Luis Guerra on “Suena La Pelota”. The album was recorded in Miami and is graced by the presence of great musicians such as Davey Faragher, Sal Cuevas, David Levita, Arturo Sandoval as well as featuring the vocals of Chabuco, Sara Devine, Natasha Dueñas, Irene Díaz y Belén Zeta.
The album’s first single “Un Zombie A La Intemperie” was released on May 2nd and reached the #1 spot on iTunes in Spain, Latin America and the US. The official music video is a visual masterpiece directed by the young Spaniard Rubén Martin, starring two of Spain’s well-known actresses Inma Cuesta and Marta Etura.
Following a spectacular performance of his latest single “Un Zombie A La Intemperie” at the twenty-sixth annual Latin Billboard Awards, Alejandro Sanz is currently in the midst of an intense promotional tour in support of the album release. Said promotional tour has led Sanz to visit various countries including the US, Mexico and Spain among others.
He has recently confirmed his participation as a judge on Univision’s new Reality Show, La Banda. The show will look for Latin music’s next band. Alejandro Sanz joins Italian star Laura Pausini and superstar Ricky Martin in the judges’ panel. La Banda is set to premiere on the Univision network in September.
