POWER COUPLE: MARIA FERNANDA URIBE MOYA & EDUARDO MOYA

Eduardo Moya, CMO at Heyday Marketing + PR and wife Maria Fernanda Senior Account Executive are a lovely power couple that work together and live together 24/7. And in an exclusive interview with HL, the couple says this synergy works perfect!

How’s it like to work together and what’s the biggest challenge?
Working as a family has been a truly enriching experience for us. What we value the most is that we share things together, understand each other on a deeper level, and get to know each other even more. Working together has allowed us to align our professional goals and challenge each other every day. We believe that the greatest challenge is finding the right balance between work and personal life.

How get that right balance?
We set clear priorities and organize ourselves to give time and space to our responsibilities, both professionally and as a couple. We try to spend quality time together and ensure that all decisions we make are pro family. We also communicate openly and honestly, understanding that balance is achieved by being aware of the needs of both aspects of our lives and adjusting when necessary.

Maria Fernanda adds: “When we met while working, we never imagined we would end up getting married, haha! But I must admit that at that moment, he seemed like the most handsome man in the world to me. Now that I know him better, I not only see him as the most handsome but also as the kindest. I hope we grow old together.”
