The Venezuelan entrepreneur behind the growth of D&C Acoustic and some of Florida’s most demanding acoustic projects.
From managing car dealerships in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela, to leading high-complexity acoustic developments across Florida, César García’s story is one of vision, resilience, and reinvention. After building businesses in design, advertising, and retail alongside his wife Fanny Zacarias, he emigrated to the United States in 2017 amid Venezuela’s deteriorating political climate.
Starting over in Miami, he began with carpentry and furniture fabrication before finding his way into the acoustics industry – a field that quickly became a passion. He rose fast, earning a reputation for technical precision and the ability to execute complex projects. Among his most significant achievements: leading the full acoustic installation for the iconic theater at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, including the design and production of its signature suspended-ceiling cubes.
In 2023, he co-founded D&C Acoustic USA with partner Donovan Jackson, offering premium acoustic solutions that integrate design, custom fabrication, and specialized execution. The firm serves corporate offices, recording studios, private home theaters, cinemas, and large-scale commercial developments across the country.
Growth has been swift: 32 projects in 2024, 66 in 2025, and over 40 already active or completed in 2026. D&C Acoustic currently works with firms such as City Construction, Origin Construction, SkyCon Group, and JRM Construction Management, and has an active presence in Brickell, Coral Gables, Tampa, Orlando, and West Palm Beach.
