SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS 3/4 c. pear nectar 1 bottle champagne Pear slices, for garnish
DIRECTIONS In champagne flutes, add pear nectar and top off with champagne. Garnish with pear slices.

Pineapple Strawberry Mimosas

SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS 1 c. pineapple juice 1 bottle champagne Sliced strawberries, for garnish
DIRECTIONS In champagne flutes, fill 1/4 full with pineapple juice and top off with champagne. Garnish with strawberry slice.

Grapefruit Mimosas

SERVES: 4
INGREDIENTS Pink sanding sugar, for rims 1/2 c. grapefruit juice 1 bottle champagne
DIRECTIONS In a small bowl, add pink sanding sugar. Dip champagne flutes in water to wet the rim, then dip in sanding sugar. Add grapefruit juice and top off with champagne

Guava Mint Mimosa

INGREDIENTS: 1 bottle of your favorite champagne Guava juice – 4 cups Mint – a handful, juliened Tripe Sec – 1 cup
METHOD: In a pitcher, pour out the guava juice and the sparkling wine. Add the triple sec and mint leaves. Stir well.
