• Chef Anthony Raggiri hails from the finest culinary schools and restaurants in the
South of France. In addition, he founded two highly acclaimed French restaurants in
New York City, one of which was Michelin rated 2012, 2013, & 2014. Chef Raggiri
has been featured in publications such as the New York Times, Time Out Magazine,
New York Magazine and French publications such as Le Figaro and La Provence.
Chef Raggiri has also been featured on several television programs such as the NBC
Today Show -Sunday Edition and two prime time French television shows such as
Les Anges Telerealitee and Grand Reportages on TF-1.
Chef Raggiri embarks on his third creation with “Blue” creating dishes inspired by
fresh, local and quality ingredients and French cuisine and technique.
