Redefining Wellness Across Generations
Aigerim (Aya) Karim
Hospitality Consultant
From Kazakhstan to the United States, Aigerim (Aya) Karim has built an international career on one belief: wellness is greater than any single industry. It lives where how we live, eat, recover, learn, and experience our surroundings intersect.
With education and experience spanning Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Spain, and the United States, Karim brings an unusual blend of luxury hospitality, culinary arts, wellness operations, nutrition-focused research, education, and program development.
Today in South Florida, she helps develop and run sophisticated wellness and hospitality experiences — from guest experience and wellness programming to food, partnerships, and events. Her philosophy is clear: modern wellness does not exist in isolation.
That vision drives CNIS, one of her developing initiatives in Florida — a framework exploring how nutrition education, healthier food environments, and family engagement can become a natural part of children’s everyday lives.
“My work has evolved from creating wellness experiences to thinking about how we create a culture of wellness. When we begin thinking about children and families, we are no longer thinking only about today. We are thinking about generations.”
For Karim, the new luxury is not simply how well we live today. It is the knowledge, environments, and healthier culture we leave to the generation that follows.
