Hola a todos! Un mes repleto de actividades en Miami; el Miami Film Festival, el International Boat Show, la entrega oficial del maravilloso Edificio creado por Edgardo Defortuna y su esposa Ana Cristina Defortuna, Jade Signature.
Visité el Adrienne Arsht Center, donde fui recibida por el Director de Marketing y Gerente. People en Español honró a las Mujeres más Poderosas del Mundo Latino, y estoy muy agradecida de haber sido convocada como La Mujer más Influyente, en el Mundo del Real Estate Latino.
Participé del Ground Breaking del proyecto 5350 Park del Developer Codina en Dowtown Doral. Y en mi paso por Buenos Aires participé en la Feria de Real Estate de Buenos Aires, Argentina, junto a Ornella Darcyl y Leonardo Darcyl.
Recorrí los más importantes emprendimientos de Sunny Isles, como Acqualina, The Ritz Carlton & Residences, Fendi Chateau, Porsche, Armani, Turnberry Ocean Club Residence, entre otros. Sunny Isles es la ciudad de mayor income per capita de Miami.
Miami ofrece un mercado inmobiliario con mucha entrega de unidades nuevas lo cual produce, en este momento, buenas oportunidades para comprar, como por ejemplo, unidades a dos cuadras de la playa de Sunny Isles de 1.500 Square Feet a $ 350.000.- aproximadamente.

I had a wonderful visit at the “Adrienne Arsht Center” where I was greeted by the Marketing Manager and Director.
“People en Español” magazine honored the Most Powerful Latin Women and I am very grateful to have been recognized as the Most Influential Latin Woman in Real Estate.
I was at the Ground Breaking of 5350 Park by Real Estate developer Codina in Downtown Doral, and during my visit to Buenos Aires, Argentina I participated in the Real Estate Expo along with Ornella and Leonardo Darcyl.
I have toured the most important Real Estate developments in Sunny Isles, such
as Acqualina, The Ritz Carlton & Residences, Fendi Chateau, Porsche, Armani, Turnberry Ocean Club Residence, among others. Sunny Isles is the city with the Highest Income per Capita in Miami.
There are a lot of new great opportunities to buy property, such as units located two blocks away the Sunny Isles beach of 1,500 ft2 at approximately $350,000.
