If you are ready for a special night out, this trendy Riviera-style dining and lounging
experience offers spectacular bay views, delicious food pairings, flawless presentation and
impeccable service.
Executive Chef Renato Medeiros has put forth a creative and varied menu of Mediterranean-
influenced sharing plates, as well as sushi and raw bar offerings. His creations are a unique
marriage of Mediterranean and Asian inspired flavors that end up in the perfect combination
on your plate.
The Venue
Alex Podolny and Peter Cumplido have created a venue with an impressive interior dining
room and a seductive lounge that is relaxed yet elegant– a delightful fusion of the South of
France and 305. You can also dine alfresco on their beach club-style terrace overlooking the
picturesque Intracoastal of Sunny Isles Beach.
Lique’s 1,000-foot dock will allow guests to arrive by boat, if they fancy. The restaurant
actually has its own yacht available for private dinners and parties.
It’s also a great place for Sunday brunch where you can even enjoy something totally
different, like, short rib eggs Benedict with horseradish hollandaise sauce or your favorite
Mimosa.
From the Menu
Raw Bar
The raw bar boasts Cold Water Main Lobster, excellent quality sushi, several types of elegant
caviar, stone crab claws, and seasonal East and West Coast oysters.
I love the TACUSHI–shredded crab, avocado and sriracha mayo!
A must try is also is their scallop Carpaccio with yuzu mojito vinaigrette and picked mint.
Shared Appetizers
Must try shared appetizers include: savory crispy ricotta gnocchi with sautéed mushrooms
and froth—amazing; the charred broiled pei mussels with red pepper garlic butter; the
roasted sea scallops with dashi butter crust—my favorite!
Also amazing is the crispy grilled Mediterranean octopus with flash fried potatoes.
They also have an escargot tortellini with morel mushrooms, bacon and parsley foam.
#1Must try side: Kimchee brussel sprouts, enough to share for two people.
The Entrees
The chef makes an outstanding Chilean Seabass with truffle mousse; the Waygu skirt steak is
grilled to perfection. Other amazing items for seafood lovers: charred grilled king salmon;
butterflied rainbow trout; whole grilled branzino, duradae or yellowtail snapper.
For landlubbers: Colorado prime lamb chops; braised dino bone korean style; dry aged prime
tomahawk rib eye and tangle wood duck breast.
From the Robata Grill
Wild mushrooms with truffle miso-excellent!; balsamic glazed Colorado lamb ribs, mesquite
grilled calamari steak caper brown butter sauce; and whole grilled Spanish prawn with
romesco sauce.
