Armand Peri is an excellent example of the ‘American Dream.’ This American executive from New Jersey is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, artist, and former NPC and IFBB bodybuilding champion that has earned his success through hard work, dedication, and the determination to win.
He is the CEO of New Age Productions, Inc., a New Jersey/New York-based nightclub production and entertainment company. He is also the founder of Hunk-O-Mania Entertainment, live choreographed male revue shows for women, which operates in one of the largest nightclubs in New York City that has expanded to over 18 cities.
He is also a motivational speaker and has written a best seller called “Unparalleled Success” that teaches you how to become highly effective in every aspect of your life. Armand Peri is one of the world’s best experts on success and personal development and his book is based on concepts and habits used by highly effective people with a proven system based on twenty years of research.
Which was your first established business?
Armand: My first established business was Hunk-O-Mania, a high-end male revue and strip club in New York City. I’m pretty fortunate to have grown from that role into a thriving entertainment entrepreneur, investor, artist, author, and motivational speaker. One of my latest ventures is New Age Public Relations, the premiere PR firm in New York City. Additionally, my other businesses have expanded nationwide to many locations, including Atlantic City, Chicago, Miami, Boston, and a host of other cities.
What is your vision of your future?
Armand: My vision is always to chase more significant potential and growth. Nobody is perfect from the beginning and is perfect in the end. However, we can all shape each area of our lives to the best of our abilities to present ourselves in the best light possible. The seven ingredients for success that changed my life are:

Chasing these is part of my daily hustle and, in my opinion, should drive everyone forward in pursuing their vision of the future. These seven ingredients are a winning combination, regardless of your desire. Next for my career is to grow my Public Relations company into a multi-million-dollar company and to remain healthy, have peace of mind, spread a message of love and compassion, and continue to inspire people all over the world to be the best version of themselves!
What is the secret of your success?
Armand: The secret to my success is to work hard and never give up until you accomplish your goals! When it comes to entrepreneurship and business success, you must accept being lonely and making a lot of sacrifices. However, that doesn’t mean you must feel sad about your journey. People who are genuinely successful love what they’re doing, are always high on life and are as grateful for their journey as they are the destination. They don’t need many friends or drugs to feel good and appreciate the benefits of a positive mindset, learning, and growing for all their experiences along the way. That is true success.
What is your Mantra?
Armand: Be consistent and stay on course.
What drives you?
Armand:
My biggest motivation and driver is seeking ways to use resources to create life-changing possibilities for my family and others. When times get hard, I think about my children and the exposure and opportunities I want them to have. My money is designated to make moments and experiences for those I love and those less fortunate. It’s all the motivation I need to keep hustling and growing my businesses.
How would you define yourself?
Armand:
I would define myself by my passion for being a great role model and father to my children and leaving a legacy in the world.
What is a day like in Armand Peri’s life?
Armand:
I follow the seven ingredients of success mentioned earlier. Therefore every day is a balancing act while remaining focused on my personal goals for myself, my family, my businesses, and the friends and family I’m helping as part of my journey in life. I pursue whatever I can do to give back, and I’m always looking for new opportunities. I also work out at least four times a week and focus on my health as a permanent part of my lifestyle!

Armand: I’ve been fortunate to be recognized and featured in many high-ranked publications and magazines. I feel very blessed and happy to be able to share the benefits of my notoriety and worldwide recognition with my family and friends. Also, with the charities I’m invested in, deeply care about, and regularly contribute to.
Who do you admire?
Armand: Arnold Schwarzenegger is someone I admire and appreciate. His advice is very much in line with my advice, and I think we can all learn something from his chosen path.

Why is your book so successful? When did you write it, and why?
Armand: Unparalleled Success, published in 2019, was a way to give back to society and inspire someone to pursue their dream, as I did! Throughout my journey to becoming successful, I made many mistakes but learned a lot with each setback, and I am trying to prevent my readers from avoiding these same mistakes I made. The life lessons in this book comprise a formula for anyone’s success if they are willing to adapt its principles and make the required sacrifices, especially when starting out.
Why do you love MIAMI?
Armand:
Miami is an incredibly blessed city, with wonderful people, a beautiful climate, incredible history and culture, and many destinations that make it one of the most desirable places to live and visit in the U.S. Whenever I visit, it is always hard to leave.
