800 Degrees Woodfired Kitchen in Aventura
This healthy California dining concept, which is now in Aventura is owned by famous sports partners, Dwyane Wade and Udonis Haslem of the Miami Heat and founded by renown chef Anthony Caron.
There’s even a “DWade’s Woodier burger” with truffle cheese and “UD chicken wings.”
Carron was former chef at Bourbon Steak in the Turnberry Isle resort for acclaimed chef Michael Mina. The “woodfired” concept includes meats, seafood and, vegetables like wood-fired whole California artichokes. They also have super healthy bowls and fantastic pizza.
The restaurant also offers an assortment of cakes and pies from acclaimed Wynwood bakery Fireman Derek’s.800degrees.com
