Developed by CMC Group and Fort Partners, Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove is the brand’s first residential project in Florida without an attached hotel. Located in Coconut Grove, one of Miami’s most historic and sophisticated neighborhoods, the condominium offers residences with panoramic water views, impeccable design, and luxury services.
The first standalone Four Seasons residences will open in Coconut Grove, Miami, with interiors designed by renowned Florentine designer Michele Bönan. Known for his ability to fuse tradition and modernity, Bönan has worked on some of the world’s most exclusive projects, such as the iconic Hotel Cipriani in Venice and JK Place in Florence. His style is characterized by a timeless elegance that evokes a sense of understated sophistication, complemented by carefully selected contemporary details.
The building, designed by architect Luis Revuelta, will rise 20 stories and feature a curved facade that blends harmoniously with the natural surroundings, creating an iconic presence on the city’s skyline. Revuelta, founder of Revuelta Architecture International, is known for his focus on modern architecture and for shaping much of Miami’s skyline. Among his most notable projects are iconic luxury towers like Echo Brickell and Santa Maria in Brickell, which have redefined high-end living in the city. His focus on clean lines and innovative forms is complemented by a unique sensitivity to the environment and sustainability.
The custom Italian kitchens, designed by Molteni and Michele Bönan Interiors, will be equipped with premium European appliances and finishes. In the bathrooms, Italian cabinetry and panels will be complemented by luxurious marble finishes.
Exclusive resident amenities will include a restaurant, library, state-of-the-art gym, yoga room, spa, children’s area, private event room, pool terrace, and a lounge bar with Four Seasons service.
The 70 private residences will have between two and four bedrooms, spanning up to 3,980 square feet. Four penthouse residences will range from 6,430 to 9,690 square feet.
With nearly 11-foot ceilings and open floor plans, the units will offer bright, spacious living areas.
