Diana became interested in the real estate world when her father came to Florida to become a developer in Golf America. She remembers that when she was 18, he suggested she get her real estate license as a backup plan.

“This was the most intelligent decision. I attended school, did six years of engineering and architecture, and then started a successful architectural firm.”

Years later, she became involved in preconstruction sales at Fortune International Development with Edgardo and Ana Christina Defortuna.

“Fortune took me in, and for the last ten years, I have been doing quite well and loving it.

This proud mother of two girls says her architectural background helps her immensely.

“I can explain floor plans…it gives me a little advantage. I think it goes hand in hand with real estate.”

Her first sales project was the Hyde, followed by Missoni Baia and Una. She currently works on the luxurious Bay Harbor Towers.

Her key to success:
-Believes in the power of knowledge

-Believes in being kind to people

-Believes in being happy
“It’s a practice; it’s not something that just comes naturally, you have to practice it.”


Diana se interesó en el mundo de los bienes raíces cuando su padre llegó a la Florida para convertirse en desarrollador de Golf América. Ella recuerda que cuando tenía 18 años, él le sugirió que obtuviera su licencia de bienes raíces como un plan de respaldo.

“Esta fue la decisión más inteligente. Asistí a la escuela, estudié seis años de ingeniería y arquitectura, y luego comencé una exitosa firma arquitectónica.”

Años más tarde, se involucró en ventas de preconstrucción en Fortune International Development con Edgardo y Ana Cristina Defortuna.

“Fortune me acogió, y durante los últimos diez años, me ha ido muy bien y lo disfruto muchísimo”.

Esta orgullos mamá de dos niñas dice que su experiencia arquitectónica le ayuda enormemente.

“Puedo explicar los planos… eso me da una pequeña ventaja. Creo que va de la mano con los bienes raíces”.

Su primer proyecto de ventas fue el Hyde, seguido por Missoni Baia y Una. Actualmente trabaja con el proyecto lujosos de Bay Harbor Towers.

Su clave del éxito:
-Cree en el poder del conocimiento.

-Cree en ser amable con las personas.

-Cree en ser feliz.
