Alida Verdino is Chief Marketing Officer and Director of Business Development at Pierce Bainbridge Beck Price & Hecht LLP, one of the fastest growing, state-of-the-art litigation firms in the country, with the finest litigators in the country from some of the best American law schools and some of the best law firms in the world.

This stunning and glamorous high-powered woman recently joined the firm to oversee all levels of marketing and business development. Prior to that, she was a Partner and Director of Marketing at an insurance defense litigation firm for 14 years and headed the London market. “As a young girl, I always knew that I wanted to be an attorney. I was always very studious, enjoyed playing the piano and the arts. I was extremely sociable and knew that I loved interacting with all types of people from all over the world…I always knew that I would excel in the law profession.”
Alida is a first-generation Italian, as both her parents were born in Italy and her father worked at the United Nations, so she had the privilege of being exposed to all types of cultures around the world. “After a number of years practicing law, I was given the opportunity to represent my firm and generate business for them in a marketing capacity. There I found my niche and have traveled the country and world generating contacts, growing business and building a brand and lifestyle.”
Her secret to success: Listen to people/clients and their needs and find a connection with them; a common ground you can both relate
to. I consider all of my client’s dear friends of mine. I only like to do business with the people that I genuinely like. And to never stop!
Alida tells us she also wanted to “rule the world” and live life to the absolute fullest while doing it all extremely fashionable! After finishing law school she landed her first job at a large international law firm, got married and then had four beautiful children all in the span of 7 years- time! Three boys and a girl, but her second son passed away when he was a baby, so she says “we have three beautiful children on earth and an angel in heaven.”
Always a “hustler”, Alida never stopped working to achieve her goals of having a successful career and a fulfilling family life.
“I believe in living life to the absolute fullest. As a woman, you are to embrace your inner and outer beauty and never be afraid to show the world who you really are! Always stay true to yourself, work hard, play even harder and be thankful and happy for all your blessings. Life is too short to not strive to be your absolute best and be on top of your game at all times. You can have it all if you work hard enough…there are no shortcuts and timing in life is everything!”
