Renowned celebrity chef David “Gypsy Chef” Myers made a much-anticipated return to Miami for an exclusive evening at ADRIFT Mare, his Mediterranean-inspired haven located on the 25th floor of Hotel AKA Brickell.

Throughout the evening, Chef Myers personally guided VIP guests through the restaurant’s elevated menu, showcasing vibrant Mediterranean flavors crafted with locally sourced ingredients. The event kicked off with canapés and expertly crafted cocktails on the stunning terrace overlooking Biscayne Bay, setting the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Guests were then treated to a multi-course dinner that highlighted the chef’s signature creations and seasonal specialties.

Known as the “Gypsy Chef” for his global culinary explorations, Chef Myers seamlessly blends a relaxed, approachable style with refined dishes influenced by his extensive travels and techniques. With 20 restaurants across nine cities, Myers has built a reputation of delivering exceptional dining experiences.
The evening featured standout dishes such as Steak tartare, perfectly grilled branzino accompanied by an arugula salad, roasted cherry tomatoes, and chili sauce, as well as a tricolored tomato salad seasoned to perfection and for dessert Baklava. Guests also delighted in ADRIFT Mare’s signature cocktail creations, which elevated the evening to new heights.
