Dinner with a Fabulous View

Location, location, location. Perfectly placed at the stunning Watson Island, and nestled in a superyacht marina, the fact remains that The Deck has one of the most incredible locations in Miami with views overlooking the water and the Miami skyline. Guests are welcome to arrive by land or sea and can sit comfortably at full-size dining tables or waterfront cabana lounges.

With a St. Tropez feel to it, The Deck affords the perfect dining environment. And for those that like dining Alfresco, their waterfront Cabana Lounge is a tranquil respite from the city.

But it’s not just another pretty place to have a cocktail, the food is quite impeccable. Some must trys on the menu:

Their Seafood Tower featuring Kaluga and Oscietra Caviar along with Cocktail Jumbo Shrimp, King Crab Leg, Lobster, Large Stone Crab, and Oysters.

Their oven-roasted Chilean sea bass, caviar, leeks
marmalade and champagne sauce is amazing and so is their Filet Mignon glazed with red wine caramelized onions.

If you like Octopus, their charred Octopus is served
with bottarga, feta cheese mousse,
fresh oregano and black olives.

THE CHEF:

Internationally applauded Alfio Longo joins the restaurant as Executive Chef. Trained in multiple Michelin-starred restaurants, Chef Longo’s vast culinary expertise stems from Le Cirque New York to Casa de Campo. The new Mediterranean menu is inspired by his native coastal Italian regions and reflects sun-drenched destinations such as Cote d’Azur, Mykonos, and Costa del Sol.

orégano fresco y aceitunas negras.

El aplaudido internacionalmente Alfio Longo se une al restaurante como Chef Ejecutivo. Formado en varios restaurantes con estrellas Michelin, la vasta experiencia culinaria del chef Longo proviene de Le Cirque New York a Casa de Campo. El nuevo menú mediterráneo está inspirado en sus regiones costeras italianas nativas y refleja destinos bañados por el sol como Costa Azul, Mykonos y Costa del Sol.
