Sonesta Fort Lauderdale’s Bistro unveils new menu

At Sonesta Fort Lauderdale Beach’s signature restaurant Bistro, Food Is Art – evident from handcrafted cocktails to eclectic menus. Bistro just unveiled the property’s new dinner menu at the hotel’s signature restaurant, Bistro.
Bistro offers a beach-casual atmosphere for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests looking for a quick bite can enjoy small plates and refreshing beverages.
Executive Chef, Thomas Russo’s new menu concept perfectly captures the reflection of Sonesta’s philosophy that food should be locally inspired, a little unexpected and totally satisfying. He has an art for preparing dishes with tantalizing flavors combined with colorful presentations, creating an unforgettable dining experience infused with passion and creativity.
