The Kitchen Lab will offer cooking workshops featuring a “Battle On The Bay” contest series where various chefs will faceoff in a challenge to see who wins the title for Best Ceviche, Best Paella, Best Fish Taco and Best Sushi roll. Guest Judges will include Geoffrey Anderson (Miami Food Pug), “Kiko” Suarez (NBC’s Que Rico Con Kiko) and Clarissa Buch (Miami New Times).
