Ariana Grande, a very adorable South Florida girl, has metamorphosed into a big name in the music industry and one of the world’s most admired pop stars of today. The 21-year old singer/actress has over 50 million followers on social media, has topped music charts and captured outstanding awards.
Grande who was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida is of Italian descent. She attended North Broward Preparatory School and today is undoubtedly a highly powerful role model with an international audience of tweens and teens who follow her every pose and pic in the social media Mecca.
She moved to Los Angeles when she received the role of Cat Valentine in Nickelodeon’s ‘Victorious’, the beginning of her claim to fame and most recently starred in the trendy sitcom “Sam & Cat”.
With her magnetic charm and enchanting voice, she landed the “Best New Artist” award at the American Music Awards 2013. Grande also won this year “Favorite Breakout Artist” at the People’s Choice Awards 2014 and the “Radio Disney Chart Topper Award.
The Social Media Superstar’s inspiring “Selfies” has fans around the globe mimicking her trademark poses, and it’s no wonder that Grande was awarded with the “Young Influencer Award” at the iHeartRadio Music Awards this year.
Her songs are not just “on fire”, they scream confidence and girl power which are right on target for many youths dealing with insecurity issues and longing for self confidence.
Ariana Grande first landed at the top with her first full-length album for Republic Records, “Yours Truly”. It debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200, Billboard Digital Albums Chart, and iTunes Overall Albums Chart. It yielded the game-changing pop smash “The Way” featuring Mac Miller.

2014 is a Big Year for Grande
The first single from her sophomore album, “Problem” featuring Iggy Azalea, soared to the top this summer and saw her become the “youngest woman to debut with over 400K sold first-week”. And she followed it up with another banger, “Break Free (feat. Zedd). And now, the power trio of superstars Jessie J, Ariana Grande, and Nicki Minaj have just teamed up to produce a new single, “Bang Bang,” which debuted with quite a bang topping charts!
There’s no doubt Grande will continue to be a big name in the music industry…

Ariana Grande, una chica muy adorable del Sur de la Florida, ha logrado convertir su nombre en uno de los más grandes en la industria musical, además de ser una de las más admiradas estrellas de la música pop. Con solo 21 años de edad, la cantante y actriz ha logrado adquirir más de 50 millones de seguidores en las redes sociales, ha encabezado la lista Billboard y ha capturados premios notables.
Grande, quien nació y creció en Boca Ratón, Florida, es de ascendencia italiana. Asistió a la escuela preparatoria North Broward y en la actualidad es sin duda un ejemplo a seguir para su gran audiencia internacional de preadolescentes y adolescentes quienes le siguen sus poses y fotos en las redes sociales.
